Participants are very much encouraged to submit abstracts to present their research achievements (see Abstracts Submission)

• Oral sessions from March 17^th (Monday) 13:30 to 19^th (Wednedsay) 16:30 will host:

  • keynotes conferences (45 min, incl. discussion)
  • oral presentations (20, 15 or 10 min., incl. discussion)

• Large time slots will be scheduled in the program for poster sessions. Some poster presentations will include a flash presentation (2 min 30).

• Additionally, on March 20^th, possibilities for free discussion for collaborative research projects will be proposed.

Technical Informaion

Oral Presentations
- If you do not mind transferring your presentation to the conference computer (Windows), please bring your file (Powerpoint or PDF) on a USB memory key.
- Otherwise, it will be possible to connect your own laptop computer (Windows or Mac) to the HDMI cable of the conference room.
- In any case, you will be asked to test your presentation beforehand, once on the conference site.

Flash Presentations
- The presentation you sent (PDF) will be on the conference computer (Windows).
- Please be aware that 2 min 30 means 150 s "only".
- Discussion time will be during the poster sessions.

Poster Presentations
- Panels suitable for vertical (portrait) A0 format will be available for the whole duration of the workshop.
- "Velcro scratch" tape will be provided. No pins please.
